The son of rocker Ozzy and talk show host Sharon was reported to be tying the knot this weekend in Hawaii to fiancée Lisa Stelly, who gave birth to their daughter Pearl in April.
Invites went out and guests were asked to sign non-disclosure forms for what Osbourne hopes to be a "low-key" ceremony, according to the New York Post.
But on Friday, Osbourne, 26, issued what looks very much like a denial, Tweeting, "I love how going to Hawaii with my mum for her 60th has turned into my wedding. Hahaha people are funny."
Interviewed this week by PEOPLE, Sharon dodged questions about the wedding rumors, saying Jack couldn't attend her televised birthday celebration on The Talk because he was "on holiday."
