The chef, 43, who loves her husband's cooking skills and still gets nervous (especially around royalty), chatted with PEOPLE this week about "one last thing" ...

Last time someone cooked for me

That would be my husband Todd's scramble for breakfast this morning. Basically it's eggs with anything left over from the weekend. From time to time, that's hot dogs and pasta.

Last song I sang out loud

On the way to and from my daughter Jade's school this morning. Right now, our favorite song is Katy Perry's "Roar." It wakes you up in the morning. I only sing in the car where no one can hear me, because I suck.

Last time I was starstruck

Meeting Prince William at a polo match two years ago. I don't even remember what came out of my mouth. And I put my hand on his shoulder after I was told not to have any contact. At that point I ran away.

Last time I was nervous

On my kids' book tour a few weeks ago. I saw about 750 children staring at me, and I wasn't sure I could entertain them. I tend to stop breathing when I get really nervous.
