Taylor Swift certainly knows how to make a statement — and that’s exactly what she did when she arrived at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Nov. 6 for the Country Music Association Awards, where she looked gorgeous in a red gown. The 23-year-old looked like a princess in the ensemble, which featured a very voluminous skirt and embellishments down the front of the dress. There’s no denying the fact that the star brought the grand glamour to the red carpet!
Taylor Swift’s CMA Dress:
Taylor’s red dress, by designer Elie Saab, was totally captivating and it looked fantastic on the star’s figure. The gown, from the Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2013 collection, featured a full skirt and thin leather belt while the embroidery down the front of the dress was consistent with the star’s feminine sense of style. She also sported her signature bold red lip, which matched the dress and really tied the whole get-up together, while she wore her blonde hair back to keep the focus on the frock.
Sure, there were a sea of gowns on the red carpet, but nothing was as amazing as Taylor’s dramatic dress — it was perfect! Taylor served up a powerful red carpet moment when she arrived at the event, easily stealing the show, but what do you think?
