The Prince, Duchess and Duke of Cambridge

The 3-month-old son of Prince William and his wife, Kate, will be christened during a 45-minute ceremony held at 3 p.m. in the chapel in St. James Palace.
The Archbishop of Canterbury will conduct the service, which will be attended by the Queen and her husband, Prince Philip, Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, William's brother, Prince Harry, and Kate's family, the Middletons.
While William, his father and the Queen were all christened at Buckingham Palace, it's believed the new dad has chosen the Chapel Royal for his son's intimate service in a tribute to his late mother, Princess Diana. It's where her coffin lay for a week before her burial in August 1997.
It's not the first time William and Kate have paid tribute to his beloved mom. The prince proposed to Kate with his mother's 18-carat sapphire and diamond engagement ring in 2010, and when the couple wed, they exchanged vows in Westminster Abbey, where Diana's funeral service had been held 14 years earlier.
And in July, when the new parents left the hospital with their son, Kate wore a polka dot dress similar to the one Diana wore when she left the hospital with baby William.
While Kensington Palace didn't state who George's godparents will be (the six people chosen will be revealed on the day), the future heir to the throne will be christened in a replica of the lace and satin christening gown made for Queen Victoria's eldest daughter, Victoria, in 1841.
Formal photos will be taken after the service and a historic picture will be released featuring the Queen with the three heirs to the British throne: Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince George.
