There have a been a lot of celebrity engagements and weddings over the holidays but Bones star TJ Thyne might have trumped them all with his "awww"-inducing pic of his proposal to girlfriend Leah Park.

The couple were vacationing in Cologne, Germany, when they took a walk in the grounds of the castle where they were staying.

Thyne shared a series of pics, including the gorgeous countryside, but the moment worthy of an episode of The Bachelor , came when he posted a pic that showed him on bended knee, offering his model girlfriend a ring in a blue box. "SHE SAID YES!!!" he wrote.

Clearly Thyne, 38, had planned the whole thing carefully (including booking a photographer), cause the next pic he posted was them dressed in their finest, standing in a candlelit heart.

Then they posed in front of a horse-drawn carriage. The bride-to-be captioned the pic, "A fairytale engagement."

Followed by a close-up.

And then Park showed off her ring, and wrote, "He's been planning this moment and searching for the perfect custom made ring for half a year."

We hope the Bachelor producers – and Juan Pablo Galavis – are taking notes!
