Camille Grammer doesn't have to worry about her ex anymore.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 45, has been granted a permanent restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, who allegedly assaulted her in a Houston hotel room just days after she underwent a radical hysterectomy for endometrial cancer, reports TMZ.

Grammer was given a temporary restraining order in October after she claimed that Charalambopoulos, 36, repeatedly slammed her head into furniture during an argument.

Grammer claimed that the 6'2" fitness trainer also squeezed her nose and covered her mouth in an effort to silence her and prevent her from breathing. She further stated that Charalambopoulos kneeled on her abdomen "mere inches" from where she'd had surgery days before.

"I began to believe he would kill me," she said in the court filings.

The court has extended the restraining order for the next three years, preventing Charalambopoulos from contacting Grammer or coming within 100 yards of her or her sons Mason, 12, and Jude, 9, with ex-husband and former Frasier star Kelsey Grammer.

After the incident, Camille told Dr. Mehmet Oz on The Dr. OZ Show that she was doing much better.

"I'm feeling great," she said. "Once in a while I'll get a little pain here and there, but I'm walking around."

Camille has since completed her cancer therapy and posted a picture on Twitter Friday with the caption, "I rang the bell at MD Anderson Cancer Center which marks that I have completed my Chemo and Radiation treatments. YAY."
