Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge continues to make the most out of her amazing closet, wearing a red Alexander McQueen dress she first wore last summer to a Buckingham Palace reception for British film stars Monday.

The long-sleeved, cardinal red number, which was first seen on Kim Kardashian, was last seen on Kate at a Diamond Jubilee event in honor of the Queen’s 60th anniversary on the throne. In June, Kate wore it with a perfectly-matched fascinator, a small brooch, a tartan scarf and nude heels (right) for a breezy royal barge ride on the Thames.

For the film reception, Kate wore her hair down and added uncharacteristically bold earrings (golden chandeliers), then added her signature shimmering hose and black accessories for a polished (and more wintry) look. We love Kate’s everyday style, though we must admit, we’re excited to see her bust out some royal jewels in the near future.

Which way do you like the dress best? How should she style it next? Weigh in below!
