Peaches Geldof, a British model, writer and TV personality and the daughter of rocker Sir Bob Geldof, has died at the age of 25.

Police found her inside a home in Kent, England, BBC News first reported. Her father and husband confirmed her death to the Associated Press. "Peaches has died. We are beyond pain," said Bob Geldof, 62. "She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and most bonkers of all of us. Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable?"

Authorities would not officially name Geldof but told PEOPLE they responded to a report of concern for the welfare of a woman at about 1:30 p.m. Monday. An ambulance service pronounced the woman dead.

"At this stage, the death is being treated as an unexplained sudden death," Kent Police said in a statement. "Officers are working to establish the circumstances around the death."

Geldof's mother, Paula Yates, died of a drug overdose in 2000. She later told ELLE of her younger years, "I did experiment with drugs, I did get drunk and go to parties, but I was never that wild. I could have been, I could have let myself spiral but all the time I remembered what happened to my mum."

Geldof is survived by her musician husband Thomas Cohen and their two sons, Astala, 2 this month, and Phaedra, 1 this month.

"My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons Astala and Phaedra, and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts every day," Cohen said in a statement to the AP. "We shall love her forever."

Her last Instagrams, posted Sunday, are two videos of her playing with her baby boys. Earlier that day, she Tweeted an Instagram of an old photo showing Yates holding her as a child.

"Me and my mum," she wrote simply.
