Disney star Debby Ryan , 19, graced the 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards with her presence on March 23 at the Galen Center in LA. The star stunned onlookers in the perfect summer dress that’s fit for any occasion — and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that her frock is currently available!
The young actress opted for a trendy yet age-appropriate look when she decided on the pale yellow dress — and it fit her frame perfectly. A finely detailed white pattern looked classic against the V-neck cut and traditional straps. The V-neckline remained consistent to the back of the mini dress, where it meets a small zipper. The piece featured a daring cutout center that revealed the starlet’s middrift without appearing distasteful or seeming too showy. We love that the flirty frock still looked youthful on the teen.
