Forget the possible *NSYNC reunion at the VMAs. The biggest boy band news from the weekend is that One Direction released the commercial for their already sold-out fragrance, Our Moment, and boy, is it magical.

Set to the tune of “My Favorite Things,” the ad features the boys (Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Niall Horan for the uninitiated) sniffing flowers, fruit, aromatic oils — and Liam’s smelly socks. And once the sock scent prank goes down, things get silly.
Watch the video above to see the boys dumping flowers on each other, rubbing fruit juice all over their faces, and much more. We’d hate to ruin the surprise, so go ahead and hit play, then decide if it falls into the “goofy ads” territory already trod by Brad Pitt, Diane Kruger and many others.
