The songstress stuck the perfect chord between seriously sexy and totally stylish in her high-fashion gown when she stepped out on the red carpet for the MTV Video Music Awards, rocking a thigh-high slit. Did you love her look as much as I did? VOTE!
Selena Gomez looked flawless on the red carpet at the MTV VMAs — in fact, she was definitely at the top of our best dressed list! Although the 21-year-old star said she was a little jet-lagged, flying in straight from her whirlwind tour, you couldn’t tell at all — she looked amazing in her floor-length gown. Her sexy gown featured studded embellishments, a lace bustier, and a thigh-high slit — she sizzled on the red carpet!
Selena Gomez’s VMAs Dress:
Selena opted for a sexy and sleek Atelier Versace gown that hugged her figure and really showed off her svelte frame. The navy long-sleeved gown was much more mature than we’re used to seeing on the star, however, she totally pulled it off — it was amazing! Her dress was from the fashion house’s Fall 2013 collection, and the star stuck to the sexy and sleek theme by rocking super straight hair — how fashion forward of her! We can’t forget that super straight hair is one of the biggest beauty trends for Fall 2013, and Selena really knows how to rock it. A dramatic cat eye and a red pout played up the glamour of her get-up and really polished off her VMAs look.
Green chandelier earrings added a pop of color to the navy, long-sleeved gown and the star opted for a maroon manicure.
The star has always managed to dress both fashion-forward and age appropriate, which really isn’t an easy task. Selena always manages to really impress us with her red carpet style and the VMAs were no exception!
