Talk about a happy homecoming!

Kentucky native Josh Hutcherson felt the love of the crowd when he attended Saturday's basketball game between the University of Kentucky Wildcats and Louisville Cardinals.

Stepping onto the court during the second half of the contest, Hutcherson was met with The Hunger Games's three-fingered salute – a symbol of solidarity used among the members of Panem – by many of the 24,396 gathered at Rupp Arena.

The actor, who sported the signature blue of the Wildcats, happily soaked up the attention, and perhaps his star power provided a little luck for the home team: #18 Kentucky defeated #6 Louisville, their arch rivals and defending champions, 73-66.
