Is Kanye West writing songs for his daughter, North West? During an interview on ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers’ on Feb. 25, the self-proclaimed greatest rapper alive revealed what kind of songs he is writing for his next album. Details here!
It would be so sweet if Kanye West dedicated songs on his next album to daughter North West , wouldn’t it? The rapper , who often touches on different subjects such as politics and sex in his lyrics, definitely made it seem like he was working on something special for little Nori during a recent television interview.
Kanye West — Writing Songs For Baby North
On Feb. 25, 36-year-old Kanye West paid a visit to Late Night with Seth Meyers for an interview and performance. As usual, he had some pretty memorable things to say about, but HollywoodLife.com noticed when he mentioned who he was currently writing new songs for.
Now that Kanye is a father, he says he plans to write songs for a certain type of children. So what kind of songs will they be? Kanye says: “I think artistic, intellectual kid-friendly songs.”
Since 8-month-old North is both Kim Kardashian ‘s and Kanye’s kid, she is definitely the artistic and intellectual type!
Fatherhood Has Changed Kanye For The Better
While Kanye’s antics helped make him one of the most interesting people in entertainment, it’s pretty clear that becoming a father has helped him tone it down a bit. Though Kanye admitted he will not censor himself by cleaning up his lyrics anytime soon, he admits that he looks at life differently now. Kanye shared that North inspires “everything” for him now.
“My approach to life has changed,” Kanye explained to Seth during his interview.
During a performance in Connecticut on Feb. 21, Kanye admitted to his fans he has one regret about North: She never got to meet his mom, Donda West.
