The Real Housewives of Orange County" held a hoedown Monday night, but a mechanical bull nearly got the best of Tamra Barney while a raging bull (Heather Dubrow) locked horns with Shannon Beador.

Dubrow held a Western-themed party to celebrate the groundbreaking of the oceanfront lot for her new mansion, and the wives traded in their bling and Beamers for boots, cowboy hats and a ride on a mechanical bull.

"Leave it to Heather to make dirt look great," said "Tammy Sue" Barney. "She's brought in sets to make it look like a Western."

Added Lizzie Rovsek: "The house is on the highest mountain of the Newport coast. No wonder people think she's always looking down on everyone. She is."

Dubrow's High Noon hoedown not only included square dancing and hay bales but also jars to hold well wishes written by friends to be buried in the foundation of their new home.

"What is it with rich people burying s––– in their houses? What do you put?" asked Barney. "I'm so happy that you're rich and building a big damn house? They're crazy."

But it really got crazy when Dubrow and Beador had an actual High Noon moment, as the hostess was upset that her neighbor was more than an hour late to her hoedown.

"I know I was late, but I don't understand this constant humiliation I must endure," a shaky Beador said after being confronted by Dubrow and apologizing for her tardiness due to her husband's standing basketball coaching commitment for their girls. "I don't need to be freakin' schooled."

"If I was going to be late, I'd text," Dubrow told Barney and Vicki Gunvalson, who greeted her concerns by fake snoring.

"I'm tired of being judged [by them]," Dubrow told her husband, Terry.

To loosen up the mood, the housewives rode a mechanical bull.

"It's all about the core," Barney yelled.

"I can do this," joked Beador. "My core is flabby on the outside and strong on the inside."

But when it came to Barney's turn to ride the bull, Dubrow instructed the operator to "turn that up," and the bull sent Barney flying.

"I think I might have broken my arm," said Barney, whose arm immediately turned black and blue. "I feel like I'm going to faint. It's like getting thrown off a 500-pound bull."

"Welcome to my lot!" joked Barney to Dubrow, before leaving to get an x-ray, which showed no broken bones but left her wondering if anyone had asked to increase the speed of the bull.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Monday (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
