The songstress gave the phrase fashionably late a whole new meaning as she arrived at the first-ever iHeartRadio Music Awards — and she put practically every inch of her figure on display thanks to her sheer, lacy outfit! What did you think of her statement look?
Rihanna knows how to steal the spotlight, even if that means arriving a bit late! That’s exactly what the 26-year-old star did when she walked into the 2014 iHeartRadio Music Awards at The Shrine Auditorium in LA on May 1, where she debuted a brand new ‘do and a sheer style that totally complimented her hairstyle! From her green lip to her leather jacket, there’s no denying the fact that her outfit had a lot going on.
Rihanna’s iHeartRadio Music Awards Dress:
Rihanna rocked all black, pairing a long, sheer lace ensemble with a black leather jacket, which she gingerly threw over her shoulders. Rihanna’s dress left very little to the imagination, as the entire, form-fitting silhouette was practically sheer, (save for a few strategically placed panels of lace, which kept her concealed in all the right places).
While RiRi’s outfit definitely held our attention, the sexy style was actually competing with her brand new ‘do — and her intense beauty routine didn’t stop there! Rihanna swapped her signature red lip for a bold green hue. Sure, a green lip isn’t easy to pull off, but thanks to her killer confidence and her affinity for pushing the envelope when it comes to her personal sense of style, Rihanna manages to do!
