Selena canceled her Australian leg of her tour on Dec. 19. A source told HollywoodLife.com Selena needs to rest because she is battling lupus.
“Selena will not be happy that this is out there,” the source spilled. “She really wanted to keep this to herself because she doesn’t want it to effect people’s opinions of her and what she’s capable of. This is her own personal business and she wants to keep it that way.”
Selena’s rep had no comment.
