Ellen DeGeneres, with a portrait of Oprah Winfrey

That was the artful birthday gift that Ellen DeGeneres lined up for pal Oprah Winfrey, revealing her present Wednesday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
"It's a big one, 60, so I got her a present. She's gonna like it," DeGeneres quipped as she displayed her handiwork.
"I spent a lot of time on it. Pretty. Each one hand-done. Took me months to do that thing," DeGeneres bragged before placing a mock phone call to Oprah herself – but not before noting that the television mogul and actress would have to come to her show and pick up the gift in person because it would cost too much to ship.
"Oprah is my friend. I have her number because I stole it from Stedman [Graham's] phone when I was at their house one time," she added, noting she knew the digits by heart.
Sure enough, Oprah "answered" the call – or rather, DeGeneres was met with a stitched-together recording of Oprah's voice – and assured DeGeneres, who is preparing to host this year's Academy Awards, that she would be reciprocating.
What'd she "get" DeGeneres, who turned 56 last Sunday? Something only Oprah could swing – Nicole Kidman. Watch the clip below and see for yourself.
