After sending a text on Oct. 13 from her Point Loma, California, home, Navy wife Elizabeth Sullivan, originally from Hampton, Virginia, disappeared without a word, police told CBS affiliate WTKR.
Fearing the worst, her family set up a Go Fund Me page to help search for the 31-year-old.
"Elizabeth is a married loving mother of two young children – Ryan and Grier – and our family will do everything in our power to find her and bring her back home safely," says a statement on the page.
Sullivan's phone has remained off since sending that last text message, police said.
"We left it at 'talk to you tomorrow' … didn't hear from her again," friend Nathan Caracter told ABC News.
Caracter, who was the one to file Sullivan's missing person report, said that she and her husband, Matthew, had been having marital problems.
"We are all very worried and concerned," said Caracter.
But then on Sunday, nearly a week since she'd last been seen, Sullivan was spotted on a soccer field in San Diego, police confirmed.
Authorities did not make contact with Sullivan, who was wearing black pants and a gray sweatshirt, and they are still actively looking for her.
Sullivan's father, Tony Ricks, told ABC News that he generally spoke to his daughter daily but hasn't heard from her since that fateful Monday.
"I just would want her to call home," he said. "No judgment, no blame. We just want you to be safe and okay and come home."
