The animal-loving actress took home a cat to join her frequently evolving furry brood.
"Went to the animal shelter today to give some love to the babies living in cages who don't have homes and ended up adopting this little girl!" she wrote on Instagram. "What should we name her?"
Wait a second: Did she say we?
This wouldn't be the first time Reed, 26, and boyfriend Somerhalder, 35, have hinted at expanding a non-human family together. In August, Somerhalder showed off a horse he seemingly adopted with the Twilight alum, writing on Instagram, "Our big baby boy."
And just this month, Somerhalder posted a sweet family portrait with Reed and their dogs. "A day with 3 of the most beautiful ladies in the universe," he wrote.
Either way, Reed's house is getting pretty full. Last month, she gushed to PEOPLE about her plans to take home a baby rat to go along with her two horses, two German shepherds, her mom's dog and three other dogs she says she "sort of adopted."
"I'm animal obsessed," she said. "I basically have a farm in my house."
