It's not a performance Reese Witherspoon will ever be proud of.

Videos of her arrest for disorderly conduct are now all over the web, courtesy of TMZ.

Taken by an Atlanta police dash cam during her husband Jim Toth's DUI traffic stop, the videos show the actress getting out of the car and berating an officer before he handcuffs her.

"Do you know my name sir?" she asks. When the officer says he doesn't need to know, she says, "You're about to find out who I am!"

At another point she says, "I'm an American citizen" and that "I'm allowed to stand on American soil." She then warns, "You better not arrest me."

Toth is heard trying to calm her down and even apologizes to the officer for her behavior. "I'm sorry, I had nothing to do with that," he says.

On Thursday morning, hours before the videos' release, Witherspoon, 37, went on Good Morning America to issue a mea culpa, saying that she had been drinking earlier and "panicked."

"I know better. It's just unacceptable," she said.

Witherspoon later Thursday reportedly entered a plea of no contest for disorderly conduct and paid a $213 fee; Toth pleaded guilty to DUI and ordered to preform community service and attend an alcohol education program.
