We imagine Reese Witherspoon‘s holiday weekend was similar to ours: Lots of stuffing, a little online shopping and a trip to the salon (as good as an excuse as any to leave the house!).
The actress debuted a blunt above-the-shoulder chop Sunday (left), complete with a heavy side-swept bang. Witherspoon also went for a lighter, brighter blonde hue — another slight change from the warmer color she was sporting most recently.

But this chin-length chop is nothing compared to the star’s big mane change of 2013: going brunette (for her role in The Good Lie, in which she plays a woman who develops a friendship with refugees from the Sudanese civil war).
