Taylor Swift On Camila Cabello Writing Own Songs: Advice To Fifth Harmony Singer

“Taylor’s biggest thing with Camila is for her to write more and take ownership of her songs,” a source EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com. “She told Camila to jot down moments or memories that touch her throughout the day. Taylor also wants Camila to start writing daily in a journal, which will really help with her songwriting.”

Wow! Having a multi-award winning songwriter give you advice is a big deal! It seems that Taylor really sees something in Camila, even reportedly encouraging the Fifth Harmony singer to leave the group and go solo! Camila is reluctant to pull a Zayn and desert her friends, but she’s still incredibly grateful for everything Taylor has done for her.

“Taylor has become a serious mentor for Camila. And Camila feels so blessed that they have become good friends and really looks up to her. She feels so lucky Taylor has taken an interest in her and giving her so much advice,” the inside source tells HollywoodLife.com.

Still, Taylor isn’t ruling out a Camila Cabello solo career.
