It’s a battle of the Kristen/Krysten’s! These gals certainly seem to have a lot in common — but who do YOU think wore it better? VOTE!
If anyone can pull off this bold patterned dress, it’s definitely these two beauties. After adding their own twist and tweaks to the ensemble it looks totally different on each of the gorgeous gals! Who wore it better?
Kristen Stewart Krysten Ritter Same Dress Situation:
Both Kristen Stewart , 23, and Krysten Ritter , 31, stepped out onto their respective red carpets donning the 10 Crosby by Derek Lam‘s long-sleeved plaid dress. We know it’s not easy to sport an ensemble that’s going to blend into the carpet, but these two are definitely accustomed to rocking an edgy look.
The Twilight actress debuted the dress at a photocall for Snow White and the Huntsman in Berlin, Germany in May 2012. She added a black belt with a prominent gold buckle from the McQ Alexander McQueen Fall 2012 collection around her tiny waist to dress up the red and black theme. Paired with black stilettos and a messy updo, KStew looked totally in her element. However since the hemline stretched past her knees the dress was a bit long on the petite star.
Krysten went for a more subtle style and wore the same dress but opted to step out sans jewelry and left her midsection belt-free. The piece seemed to fit her a little more snug, and hit the tall star mid-thigh. As opposed to wearing typical heels, she paired her dress with open-toed, lace up sandals. Her little black clutch was the perfect accessory for the overall look. The dress was so fitting on Krysten, especially because her jet black hair and bright red lips matched the color scheme perfectly.
It’s never easy to wear a standout pattern without going overboard, but these girls totally got away with it. We LOVE that they spiced their looks up according to their own personalities and still managed to look amazing. We think it was a pretty choice for both ladies, but who do YOU think wore it better?
