Selena Gomez‘s style was once reliably sweet and angelic.
But following her big breakover — and subsequent reunion with Justin Bieber — her style has taken a turn to the fierce and edgy.
Gone are the pastel minis and flowy, ruffled dresses; she’s now more likely to be spotted in bold braids, crop tops and her new favorite accessory, a bindi.

Within the last week, she’s paired her Burberry trench with sexy knee-high sandals; visited the MTV studios in a Peter Pilotto peplum outfit with a cutout that exposed nearly her whole torso; and hit the Radio Disney Music Awards red carpet in leather, strappy sandals and a dark smoky eye.
Between the raunchy Spring Breakers, her roller coaster love affair with her ex and her new, bolder style, we’d guess Ms. Gomez is ready to start a whole new chapter in her life.
