The actor and comedian, 38, has been involved with British socialite Jemima Khan, and she is apparently quite happy with other, um, areas of their relationship.
With Brand, Khan is "having a sexual awakening," a source tells PEOPLE of the 40-year-old mother of two, whose ex is cricket champ-turned-politician Imran Khan.
"She's having a lot of fun and she's loving their relationship."
Brand, whose divorce from pop star Katy Perry was settled in February 2012, also seems smitten with his new love.
"They're really into each other," the source adds.
Brand and Khan were recently seen strolling arm in arm together in East London and, according to Brand, are sharing some serious feelings. "I really love her," the actor said in January on the U.K.'s The Jonathan Ross Show .
"I'm going to be really kind in this relationship … I feel like it's grounded in friendship and a sort of love and it's all well cool and exciting and stuff, but it feels different for me."
"I'm still superficial," he joked. "I'll still only go out with top crumpet."
