Bippity bopptiy boo! A family dream come true.

Six children without forever families in Clark County, Nev., received a memorable treat on Halloween (Thursday) when they were greeted in court by their very own fairy godmother who delivered sparkling news about the futures.

Judge Cynthia Giuliani, decked out a sequined white dress, cape and tiara, made wishes come true for the kids, granting formal adoptions in costume befitting the spirit of the holiday, television station KTNV reports.

It was the second year the Las Vegas family court judge dressed up in court for Halloween adoption ceremonies, and the children receiving families were encouraged to join her on their big day by dressing up, too.

Her gesture sparked tears from one grandmother who said she had waited for three years to formally adopt her three grandchildren who had been living in foster care.

"It means a lot to me because they are everything to me. I just didn’t want them to be feeling like didn't nobody love them," an emotional Wondene Jones told KTNV. "I want them to know that I love them."
