Tori Spelling recently spent several days in a Los Angeles hospital, PEOPLE has confirmed. While the star's diagnosis has yet to be revealed, a source says she continued to film her new docu-series True Tori throughout her stay.
The actress and her estranged husband Dean McDermott have been trying to work through their issues following McDermott's cheating scandal and stint in rehab.
A source close to Spelling said the actress has been in "total crisis mode." "There's just too much pain," the source added. "Tori is very, very upset and angry."
The actress recently expressed gratitude to her fans for their support on her blog.
"I also wanted to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for your unconditional love, positivity and support over the last several months," she wrote. "I'm forever thankful for the support."
