The hottie is the newest face of Charisma’s always-sultry ads — you may recall these five-alarm photos of Eddie Cibrian from his campaign — though where Cibrian brought a smoldering intensity, Foley gives a more cuddly, sexy-bear-hug vibe that may be even more irresistible.
