After celebrating her win at Saturday's Spike TV Guys' Choice Awards, Sandra Bullock had a less light-hearted encounter when she arrived at her Los Angeles home.
"An intruder was arrested on [her] property this morning," Bullock's rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively. "She is unharmed and is fine."
An unidentified male in his early 30s allegedly broke into her home while she was inside, reports NBC News. He was arrested around 6:30 a.m. and police are investigating whether the intruder is a stalker.
The investigation is ongoing, reports NBC.
