Jen Hoffman is on a roll.

In 2011, she and her sister, Kisha, won the million dollar prize on The Amazing Race. The following year, she and her fiancé, Ryan Fowler, became parents to daughter Nylah Mackenzie.

And on Saturday, Hoffman and Fowler tied the knot during a sunset ceremony at the Muhammed Ali Center in Louisville, Ky.

"It was a fantastic ceremony," Hoffman tells PEOPLE exclusively. "We had about 130 guests – all close friends and family."

Hoffman, an ESPN analyst, wore a mermaid-style dress by Blue by Mori Lee. "I was looking around," she says, "and when I saw it, I knew immediately that it was my dress." Fowler, a medical technician, wore a gray Vera Wang tux.

Hoffman's mother walked her down the aisle to Nikki Leonti's "The Walk." The recessional was Beyoncé's "Love on Top."

Although Hoffman put a lot of thought into her wedding, she was adamant that she wouldn't be a bridezilla.

"I watch all the bridal TV shows and I think, 'Their behavior has to be for show.' If you've been planning this all your life, it should really be the easiest thing in the world. So after Ryan proposed, I decided there would be no drama. No stress. That was my requirement."

The buffet-style meal included jerk chicken, meatballs, green chili wontons, and a pasta bar. "We had different dietary needs with our guests, so we had a lot of different options," she says.

The couple had a two-tiered arrangement of cupcakes in flavors like red velvet, orange dream, and Italian wedding cake. "The arrangement looked like the bottom of my dress," explains Hoffman.

And the groom's cake? "It was a poop cake," she says with a laugh. (Yes, you read that correctly.) "His family has a joke where they give him a chocolate cake every birthday that looks like a pile of poop. So they did that for the wedding. It really looks disgusting, but it's so funny. On the side, it said in icing, 'Oh s–––, Ryan's married.' It got a big laugh."

Disgusting groom's cake aside, Hoffman was pleased with the ceremony. "There was a lot of laughter and a lot of love," she says. "It really was a fun wedding, and I'm not just saying that because it was mine!"
