Jay-Z, 43, says he recently started playing his new album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, around the house and it's a bona fide hit with his daughter.
"She loves all the songs," he tells Vanity Fair in its November cover story. "She plays a song and she goes, 'More, Daddy, more ... Daddy song.' She’s my biggest fan."
"If no one bought the Magna Carta [album], the fact that she loves it so much, it gives me the greatest joy," he adds.
Despite Blue's love for her father's hip hop rhymes, Jay-Z insists she's also a fan of her mother's music – even if Beyoncé has said otherwise.
"She does like her mother's music – she watches [Beyoncé's concerts] on the computer every night. But my album came out and I don’t know if Blue ever heard any of my music prior to this album. ... But this album was new, so we played it," says Jay-Z, who along with his wife recently topped Forbes's list of highest-earning celebrity couples.
Jay-Z says his daughter's love for his music makes him especially happy because someone that young simply can't fake enthusiasm.
"She's genuine, she’s honest, because she doesn’t know it makes me happy," he says. "She just wants to hear it."
