We love when the biggest risk-taker of the night also delivers the biggest payoff. And it happened Sunday night, when Emma Watson hit the carpet at the Golden Globes in pants! We’re giving her an air high-five from our desk.
The actress selected a red Dior Haute Couture double-slit floor-length top, worn over black cropped trousers, which made a killer statement from all angles. She wore her hair in a sleek, side-swept up do to show off her toned back.

The pants-slash-dress combo definitely set Watson apart from the more classic gowns seen on the red carpet, and we love that the star likes to experiment with her style and keep things different. It could have been a hot mess (rereading the description of it, it sounds completely crazy on paper) but we think it really worked.
