David Cassidy, the '70s teen idol who played Keith on The Partridge Family, has been arrested for driving while intoxicated for the second time in six months, TMZ reports.
Cassidy was behind the wheel in Los Angeles on Friday when he was stopped by police for making an illegal turn, according to the report. The 63-year-old supposedly failed a field sobriety test, and police then measured his blood alcohol level to be .19, which is more than twice the legal limit.
In August 2013, the actor was arrested in Schodack, N.Y., and charged with a felony DWI, stemming from a prior drunk-driving conviction in Florida in 2010.
At the time of the arrest in upstate New York, Police Chief Bernhard Peter told PEOPLE that Cassidy "was cooperative. He was a total gentleman and didn't give us a problem whatsoever."
