Mission Impossible
Tom Cruise was the latest celebrity to accept the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise awareness and money for ALS, but, in Cruise's case, the star's video challenge featured plenty of his signature action.
Wearing shades and standing next to his Mission: Impossible 5 director Christopher McQuarrie, Cruise accepted the chilly challenge that had come his way from Hugh Jackman and the cast and crew of Pan.
"Hit it," Cruise said, taking off his sunglasses, before he and McQuarrie were hit by not one but seemingly endless buckets of ice water.
"How much more?" the dripping 52-year-old breathlessly gasped.
Cruise and McQuarrie not only completed the challenge but also made donations on behalf of every member of the cast and crew "lucky enough to not be here today," Cruise deadpanned.
