The Little People, Big World star tied the knot with Audrey Mirabella Botti on Saturday afternoon at Roloff Farms in Hillsboro, Oregon.
"We're ecstatic for Jeremy and his new bride," Jeremy's father, Matt Roloff, told PEOPLE.
The groom donned a suit from the San Francisco-based company PROPERSUIT, while the bride's dress was designed by Lauren Graebner of Eva's by Reclamation.
The bridesmaids wore simple flower crowns, while Botti sported a larger crown made by Vanessa Schmidt. The ceremony, which had a vintage theme, featured plenty of decorative flowers as well, including blush roses, white roses, lavender and baby’s breath.
Jeremy's twin brother, Zach, 23, served as his best man, while Margo Botti, Audrey's sister, was the maid of honor.
Jeremy, 23, proposed in March, sharing the news on Instagram.
"Jan. 16th, 2010 I met Audrey. Jan. 17th, 2010, I was in love. Aug. 15th, 2011 asked her out," he wrote.
Added Jeremy: "March 15, 2014 I asked this beautiful girl to be mine, and she said yes. Drowning in grace."
Jeremy's parents, Matt, 52, and Amy, 51, split earlier this year, after 26 years together.
"Though we have weathered many storms together, we recently made the tough decision to engage in a trial separation," they told PEOPLE exclusively.
Little People, Big World airs Tuesdays (10 p.m. ET) on TLC. Jeremy and Audrey's wedding will air as the season finale on Sept. 30.
