Miranda Lambert just celebrated a career milestone, rocking all 50 states for the first time in her 10 years as a country artist. And to celebrate her debut tour stop in Hawaii, the star made sure to hit the beach with her tight-knit crew — in a tiny black-and-white bikini that accentuated her fab new physique.

The star has been very open about getting healthy, recently telling PEOPLE Country that turning 30 was a reality check for her.
“I’ve always been happy with myself wherever I am, and Blake [Shelton] loves me at whatever weight I am, but at 30, you start to think about taking care of yourself more and getting a handle on it now,” she shared. “You’re not in your 20s anymore. I partied a lot in my 20s and I have no regrets, but things change, and gravity’s a bitch!” (Lambert felt so strongly about gravity, there’s a song about it on her latest album, Platinum.)

Lambert also said that she’s more confident on stage now that she’s sticking to a better fitness and diet routine.
“I’m not worried about what other people think, but I don’t like it when I’m on stage and thinking about my body,” she explained. “That takes time from thinking about my music. I don’t want to have to think about if something isn’t flattering or too tight or that extra five pounds. It just doesn’t feel good. If I’m thinking about that instead of my lyrics or my actual performance, that’s when it’s time to say, ‘Okay, it’s been fun, I’ve enjoyed it, but we’re breaking up, food!’ If I’m feeling confident no matter what size I am, then I’m good. But if I’m worrying about it, then it’s time to make a change.”
And fans might have noticed that Lambert’s confidence — and performance level — is at an all-time high as she killed it on stage at the Fashion Rocks show in a short bright red romper and a pair of metallic booties. What do you think Lambert’s body image mentality? Share your thoughts below!
