Lifetime's The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story aired Monday night, and the Internet had a great many thoughts on it. While one prominent figure associated with the show publicly stated she wouldn't be watching it, most of the rest of us couldn't tear our eyes away.

Here are some of the best reactions, loosely grouped by subject and vociferousness.

Teen Wolf star Dylan Sprayberry was impressed with at least one of the film's performances.

Apparently the film's wardrobe didn't pass muster for a few Tweeters.

Naturally, there were some arguments over how much the film's cast resembled the original show's actors.

Charges of historical revisionism were levied…

…and plot points were debated.

Performances were critiqued…

…and we all learned something about Gilbert Gottfried.

Ultimately, even people who weren't watching the film had something to say about it.

And while a few relationships are now a little worse for wear…

Saved by the Bell remains eternal.
