It's not just the neighborhood dogs who are dreading the Fourth of July.
Famous comedians get nervous around fireworks, too.
Dane Cook was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Tuesday, and he revealed that he was a high-strung kid, spending Independence Day worried about wind advisories and fireworks.
"I remember like, you know, walking around and warning neighbors," he told Kimmel. "I'd be like, 'Listen, you have some dry brush in your backyard,' handing out like, goggles. I was very concerned."
Cook, who says he always wanted to be a firefighter, takes on an apt role in his next film, that of racing-plane-turned -wildfire-battling plane Dusty Crophopper in Planes: Fire & Rescue, out July 18.
