The season's memorable last leg, fittingly enough, just might rival the insanity of Teresa Giudice's table flip on season 1 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey .
The craziness began when Sonja Morgan decided to toss a "Team Sonja" bash to thank, among others, her dog groomer, psychic, esthetician and team of LuAnn de Lesseps, adding, "Now, the team is really bizarre."
But the attendance of rarely seen Aviva Drescher was most bizarre to the wives, who were still angry at her for skipping out on Kristen Taekman's ladies trip to Montana, believing she faked asthma.
"I think there's a laundry list [of issues]," Heather Thomson told Drescher, before Taekman added, "This is more than asthma."
"Can you believe my doctor forged my X-ray?" asked Drescher, pulling it out. "Call the doctor. Ask him yourself."
"I think that's an X-ray of her boob job," Morgan joked, before Ramona Singer added, "I think it's because you didn't want to leave your husband."
When Drescher began sniping with the wives, and again brought up BookGate in which she had implied earlier in the season that Carole Radziwill used a ghostwriter, all hell broke loose.
"You say you have never lied to any of us," said an incensed Thomson. "I find that laughable!"
"The only thing artificial or fake about me is this!" Drescher yelled, suddenly slamming her artificial leg on the table. "Everything else is real! I'm sick of being called fake!"
She then picked it up and tossed it across the restaurant.
"You want me to crawl home!" she continued.
"It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings," Radziwill quipped, "or the crazy bitch throws her leg."
What is over, however, is the relationship between Harry Dubin and Morgan, after he left Radziwill's birthday party last week with de Lesseps, causing Morgan to sprain her ankle chasing their cab.
"Don't point your dagger at me, because you're pointing in the wrong direction," de Lesseps said when Morgan confronted her. "Wouldn't touch that with a 10-foot pole."
And neither would Morgan any longer, ending it with Dubin.
"I'm ending the concept of you committing to me," said a more mature Morgan, returning the promise ring he gave her. "I'm discarding hurtful, damaging relationships … I think we are better just keeping it the way it was."
The drama continues with Part One of The Real Housewives of New York City Reunion on Tuesday (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
