Liam Hemsworth only recently joined Twitter, but says he views it as a good place for simply sharing what's going on in his career.
"I don't feel the need to go out and show the world what is happening in my life every second," the star of the new film Paranoia and fiancé of Miley Cyrus told PEOPLE at the movie's premiere Thursday at the DGA Theatre in Los Angeles.
"I think it's a good chance to connect with fans in a different way and give fans an inside look on films that you do, but it's very new to me and it scares the hell out of me," confided Hemsworth, 23, whose next The Hunger Games installment comes out in November.
There is bit of sad news for the famously buff Aussie's female fans, however. Don't expect a body shot any time soon.
"No shirtless 'selfies,' " Hemsworth vowed, with a laugh. Follow him anyway here.
