Tamra Barney is giving Eddie Judge one year to decide if he wants her to give birth to their baby.
Otherwise, it's surrogacy or adoption for the couple, the Real Housewives of Orange County star tells PEOPLE.
"If he really, really thinks he needs a baby, like if he wakes up [and wants a child] in the next year," Barney says. "I'm not going to be 70 years old and going to [drop the kids off] at preschool. I'm not doing it."
Barney explains that she has a busy life already, with three kids from her former marriage to Simon Barney and a five-month-old business – C.U.T. Fitness studio.
"I'm not a good pregnant woman," she says. "I get very angry. Carrying 30 lbs. plus hemorrhoids, it's not fun," she adds.
"I don't need to go through the nine months," Judge agrees.
The couple were married June 15 in an ornate ceremony which will be featured on Bravo's Tamra's OC Wedding premiering Sept. 2.
