Get out your Chanel-brand megaphones and hit the streets: the first look at Gisele Bündchen’s first stint as the face of Chanel No. 5 is here, and it’s just as lovely and mysterious as you expect.

The first look at the footage — shot by The Great Gatsby director Baz Luhrmann (who had a front-row seat to watch Bündchen hit the Chanel runway in September) — shows the supermodel swimming through the ocean on a Chanel surfboard while wearing a Chanel wetsuit, posing with some major hair near that iconic No. 5 and spritzing the scent in the air as a curly-headed little girl reacts in glee. It all aligns with the reason Bündchen was tapped for the ads: her “natural beauty and modern femininity,” according to the brand. (The world’s highest-paid model can add this campaign to her ever-growing list!)

Luhrmann returns to the camera for Chanel after a few years off (during which this inscrutable Brad Pitt Chanel No. 5 ad was filmed). He and Bündchen filmed the ad in Sagaponack, N.Y. back in May, but details from the shoot have been kept majorly under wraps until now.
We’re left guessing what the “More to come” might entail, but in the meantime, let us know what you think about the sneak peek.
