Before anyone can take Savannah Chrisley out on a date, he first has to meet her dad.

"I get the final approval," Todd Chrisley tells PEOPLE about prospective suitors for his 16-year-old daughter. "They better come inside."

While Chrisley says he relies on "prayer and patience" to grow used to the idea of his youngest daughter going out on dates, the reality star also has faith in the choices she makes.

"My concern is how well did I do in raising her," he says. "I'm very confident in who she is."

Requests to date the pageant queen are likely to increase with the second-season premiere of Chrisley Knows Best , so the businessman says he is making sure his family stays grounded.

"We don't use the term 'celebrity' in our home," he says. "Because we're not. We are just someone that the world is excited about for a moment."

While Chrisley may not classify himself as a star, one former pro wrestler is definitely a big fan.

"I was on a plane with Hulk Hogan and he came up to me and told me he loved the show," Chrisley says. "We took a picture, and my phone started blowing up after he posted it on Twitter.

Season 2 of Chrisley Knows Best premieres Tuesday at 10 p.m. on USA. Watch a preview below.
