Fergie's birthday cake with son Axl

The Black Eyed Peas singer was shown twice the love on her 39th birthday Thursday, receiving two festive cakes that no doubt spurred two very different reactions from the pop star.
First up, husband Josh Duhamel surprised her with a sweet treat that featured a photo of their son, 7-month-old Axl, holding a sign that read: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!!!"
"My cake from my boyZ I love, Axl and @JoshDuhamel, #babycakez," she wrote on Instagram.
Her friends, however, had a very different kind of cake in mind for Fergie: They surprised her with one plastered with a sexy photo of Duhamel, 41, shirtless from his 2004 movie, Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!
"Thank u," she wrote on Instagram, calling the treat "my dope bday cake!!!!!! LOL #tadhamilton."
