We almost can’t believe that the Oscars are on Sunday! We already know what we’re wearing: Jeggings that will accommodate the treats someone’s bound to bring in to the office, and the closest thing to a sweatshirt that’s not a sweatshirt we own, so we can be comfortable for the long haul. If you’ve got a slightly more festive evening planned with pals, you may still be looking for the appropriate outfit — somewhere in between “ripped jeans” and “ballgown.” Below, three options for three types of parties. Let us know your plans in the comments!

Your Crush Is Going to Be There: You want to look chic and sexy but not like you tried too hard. This is that outfit. Lea Michele‘s J Brand leather skinnies show off long legs and are comfortable enough to sit cross-legged on the floor if need be. Her fitted quilted blazer skims curves and invites touch. Her heels are cute but casual and the Joe’s tee is comfy and sheer (bonus!).

If you’re not on a Lea Michele budget, these “vegan leather” pants are $98 and this BB Dakota faux-leather lapel blazer is on sale for $36.

You’re Going for the Snacks: Reese Witherspoon is the master of denim looks that are easy to whip up, but always have one cool element to keep them from being too snoozeworthy. Here she tops a boxy Three Dots shirt with a cropped leather jacket and adds ankle-strap leopard heels and a yellow bag for extra punch. You’ll look so effortlessly stylish, no one will suspect you just showed up for the “Waffles of Wall Street” (or insert your own Oscars-theme food pun here).

These Steve Madden heels are a dead ringer for Witherspoon’s pair, and this bright Bodhi tote is under $115. Add your own tee and jeans, then zero in on the American Hustle Sprouts.

The Host Is a Dress Code Stickler: So the evite said Black Tie, and you know you’ll be barred from the champagne if you don’t participate to a point. Take a cue from Jessica Alba and choose a cute (and still cozy) black-and-white look (hers is Nina Ricci). Top it with a coat-as-cape for a glamorous effect, then add matching lipstick and heels to look put together.

Add this $178 cream Topshop coat for an appropriately dramatic entrance and then get these Asos “Panorama” heels (ooh, those are cute, we might get them too) for $47.05.

Tell us: Which look will you wear this weekend?
