After online buzz swirled Saturday following a hoax that had millions convinced the actor had died, Culkin took to his band's Instagram page to lay the rumors to rest.
The latest pic in a series of shots posted by his rock group, The Pizza Underground, shows Culkin playing dead in the arms of his bandmate to recreate a scene from the 1989 comedy Weekend at Bernie's. The cult classic starred Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman as two guys who try to convince everyone their dead boss is still alive.

"Weekend at bernies with @anchovywarhol #greenroom," Cheesedays posted on Sunday.
Another photo shows a closeup of Culkin wearing sunglasses and holding up a bottle of soda with the caption, "We're on tour you silly people."
And just in case there was still any doubt about the Home Alone's star's condition, the band also re-Tweeted a fan who attended their show at the Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, Texas: "Macauley's first words: 'I'm alive!' #pizzaunderground #FFFfest."
