Cosby's rep confirmed to the Associated Press Friday that the comedian's scheduled appearance on the show has been canceled. He did not, however, provide a reason for it.
PEOPLE has reached out to Cosby's rep for comment.
The cancellation comes on the heels of a Washington Post column written by Barbara Bowman, a former actress who alleges Cosby raped her several times in the '80s.
It wasn't the first time Bowman has spoken out about the man she once considered a mentor. In 2006 she told PEOPLE about several assaults she allegedly endured at the hands of Cosby while she was an 18-year-old aspiring model and actress.
Though the allegations against Cosby, 77, have been well publicized over the years, they resurfaced last month when comedian Hannibal Burress called Cosby a rapist during one of his stand-up routines. Detractors responded by making fun of Cosby on Twitter with memes referencing the allegations.
Cosby was also set to appear recently on The Queen Latifah Show, but that appearance was canceled.
Cosby's next scheduled gig is on Nov. 23 for Comedy Central, which will air his first concert special in 30 years, titled Far From Finished.
